Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer at QKapital Group in Miami or Orlando, FL with flexibility for remote-hybrid work. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for handling various day-to-day tasks related to mortgage lending, underwriting, customer service, and providing guidance on loan solutions for residential and commercial properties.
Qualifications
- Being bilingual is a bonus!
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
- Strong knowledge of loan origination and mortgage products.
- Active MLO license in Florida.
- Mortgage Lending and Underwriting skills.
- Customer Service capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and assess risk.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask.
- Experience in the real estate or financial industry is a plus.
